1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing vatam.co (the “Site”) or engaging Vatam Ltd(“Vatam”) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Vatam provides AI Search Visibility, AEO, GEO, SEO, and related digital marketing services as described on this Site. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate signed proposal or services agreement, which takes precedence over this general Site content in the event of any conflict.

3. No guaranteed outcomes

Vatam does not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citations, mentions, traffic, or business outcomes. Search engines and AI systems are operated by third parties outside Vatam’s control, and their algorithms and behavior can change at any time. Vatam’s commitment is to apply sound, current methodology, not to guarantee any particular result.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely access to relevant systems (e.g. website, analytics, Google Business Profile), and approval of content prior to publication where required, particularly for regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, and financial services.

5. Intellectual property

The Vatam AI Visibility Framework and other original methodology, frameworks, and content published on this Site are the intellectual property of Vatam Ltd. Content created for a client as part of a paid engagement is owned as specified in the applicable services agreement.

6. Website use

You agree not to misuse this Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scraping content for republication without permission, or submitting false information through our forms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vatam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate services agreement.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
